Especialista en gobernanza marítima y gestión de riesgos operacionales con más de 25 años de experiencia en los sectores marítimo-portuario, acuícola y pesquero. Ex Autoridad Marítima; actualmente fundador y gerente general de K-ASIC Consultorías. Experiencia trabajando con gobiernos, organismos internacionales (ONU, FAO) y empresas para fortalecer seguridad operacional, compliance y desarrollo estratégico marítimo en Latinoamérica.

- Review and Implementation of new Maritime Regulations and Decree 44 on occupational hazards.
- External Evaluator for Projects of: 1) Science and Society Division of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation; and 2) Occupational Health and Safety of the Social Security Superintendency (SUSESO).
- Comprehensive consulting for salmon farming, mining ports, the southern and southern maritime sector, and industrial fishing in: Risk and Disaster Assessment and Management, Occupational Health and Safety, team support to improve processes according to new OHS regulations, external guidance on HSEQ, and strategic alliances.
- Assistance in procedures or dealings with the Maritime Authority or in public-private relationships.

- ACHIPYC es la Asociación Chilena de Ingeniería de Puertos y Costas, una organización sin fines de lucro, formalizada alrededor de 2017, que reúne a profesionales del sector público, privado y académico. Busca promover el desarrollo, la investigación y la excelencia técnica en infraestructura marítima y portuaria sostenible en Chile
- La membresía, consiste en ser parte de un espacio técnico que promueven el intercambio de conocimiento, la colaboración público-privada, la discusión transversal y el fortalecimiento de estándares en el desarrollo portuario y costero del país.
- Instancias como ACHIPYC contribuyen a conectar academia, operación e ingeniería aplicada, algo clave en un escenario donde los desafíos logísticos, ambientales y de infraestructura son cada vez más complejos.

Miembro de www.fishplatform.org organización internacional sin fines de lucro, cradora del Fondo Internacional para la Seguridad Pesquera (IFFS) https://www.theseafarerscharity.org/international-fund-for-fishing-safety/home para representarlos en Chile y Latinoamérica y a través de K-ASIC Consultorías, generar proyectos por y para pescadores en pos de su seguridad y salud ocupacional de sus actividades a bordo, conexas en sus comunidades y bienestar de sus familias y sindicatos, colonias o cooperativas.
