SEBASTIAN HERRERA KASIC

Especialista en gobernanza marítima y gestión de riesgos operacionales con más de 25 años de experiencia en los sectores marítimo-portuario, acuícola y pesquero. Ex Autoridad Marítima; actualmente fundador y gerente general de K-ASIC Consultorías. Experiencia trabajando con gobiernos, organismos internacionales (ONU, FAO) y empresas para fortalecer seguridad operacional, compliance y desarrollo estratégico marítimo en Latinoamérica.
